Workers Compensation Made Easy

Workers Compensation covers your employees' medical expenses, and at least some portion of their lost wages, rehabilitation costs, death benefits, and more if they are injured on the job. The coverage is provided in the following sections.

Coverage A: This coverage is used to comply with the Workers Compensation coverage required by your state law. Under this requirement, an employee can be compensated if they are injured while working for you, regardless of your negligence as an employer.

Coverage B: Employers Liability protects an insured against liability arising out of the injury of an employee in the course of employment that is not covered by basic workers compensation insurance. For example: damages assessed for care and loss of services, consequential injury to a spouse, child, parent, or sibling of the injured employee.
